Whales Corp AG is a Swiss holding company specialised in private-client financial services for crypto, delivered through international, non-custodial infrastructure and a network of managed subsidiaries. As the strategic centre of the group it holds governance, investment and long-term partner relationships.

Wholly owned, and disclosed

Synterra Innovations Ltd. is wholly owned by Whales Corp AG. Shareholders and ultimate beneficial owners are documented, and the ownership structure is disclosed to regulators, banking partners and correspondent counterparties on request. The group states maximum transparency of team, ownership and investor composition as a principle; this is where that principle has to hold.

The name and the mark

Syn, together. Terra, ground.

The mark is a piece of ground, drawn the way a survey map draws one — contour isolines — with a fault cut straight through it and the two plates slid apart along the cut.

Contours are a map of somewhere. A fault is where that somewhere stops being continuous: a border, a currency, a settlement system. Everything in the field is displaced across it. The one thing that holds is the core in the middle, sitting astride the cut, whole.

That is what this house is for, and it is the only warm thing in the mark.
